Best Service in Southern Italy Incredibly professional and knowledgeable service from this company and driver. Our driver Mario was fantastic and quickly became part of the family during our travels. He transferred us from Tropea, Calabria to Taormina, Sicily across a ferry with expertise and comfort. He then arranged and incredible journey from Toarmina to one of the best the vineyards in Etna to Palermo, making our travel experience in Sicily so easy. Review of New Travel Services Sicily We were lucky enough to be able to use New Travel Services again this April/May. We first encountered the owner, Christian, last year when we toured eastern Sicily. As was our experience last year, our tours were excellent! This time we used Palermo as a base and New Travel Services took us on five days of tours. We really feel like we experienced the island properly. Best car service for travel in Sicily! I have used their car service several times and am always very pleased! Everyone is very professional yet very pleasant. The owner speaks English as well as Italian which makes communicating by email very easy. He has always replied to my emails promptly and is always very accommodating! Five Stars to all drivers at New Travel Services My husband and I had the pleasure of using New Travel Services in Taormina. I contacted Christian approx 9 months prior to our trip and found him to be extremely professional, prompt and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. We booked two day trips and roundtrip transfers from the airport. Our flight into Catania was over an hour late, but Mario was there to greet us with a smile and water. He was very pleasant and found him to be extremely passionate about Sicily. Our driver, Angelo, brought us to Noto, Modica and Ragusa. Angelo was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. His knowledge of the area meant we got to enjoy the most stunning viewpoints, charming streets, and hidden spots without ever feeling rushed. Emanuela was the perfect driver for our Godfather tour. Her devotion and dedication to her passengers was evident. Never once did we feel stressed or rushed throughout the entire two day tours, we even got a few surprises along the way! Both tours were fabulous! Fabio delivered us back to the airport. As an historian, I found him to be incredibly interesting and his knowledge of not only Sicily but Italy and Europe as well. Great Service - as ever We have used New Travel Services on the past and had 5 star service again. We were coming back to Sicily and were staying a few days in Taormina. I contacted Christian to arrange transfer between Catania Airport and Taormina. The service as just as we hoped. We were picked up at the airport and driven in an impeccably clean car with a very courteous driver to our hotel. For our return the driver was already waiting for us and drove us back to the airport, dropping us off and helping us to or meeting point. I cannot fault New Services. best transportation company I use Christian and his company for all of my transportation on my solo trip to Sicily in October. They picked me up from the airport in Catania and brought me up to Taormina and then several days later from Taormina down to Syracuse and then several days later from Syracuse back to Catania airport they were reliable showed up on time had luxury, clean vehicles and respectful and polite drivers. I couldn’t recommend them more for peace of mind.
