I contacted Christian approx 9 months prior to our trip and found him to be extremely professional, prompt and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. We booked two day trips and roundtrip transfers from the airport. Our flight into Catania was over an hour late, but Mario was there to greet us with a smile and water. He was very pleasant and found him to be extremely passionate about Sicily. Our driver, Angelo, brought us to Noto, Modica and Ragusa. Angelo was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. His knowledge of the area meant we got to enjoy the most stunning viewpoints, charming streets, and hidden spots without ever feeling rushed. Emanuela was the perfect driver for our Godfather tour. Her devotion and dedication to her passengers was evident. Never once did we feel stressed or rushed throughout the entire two day tours, we even got a few surprises along the way! Both tours were fabulous! Fabio delivered us back to the airport. As an historian, I found him to be incredibly interesting and his knowledge of not only Sicily but Italy and Europe as well. Our ride back to the airport was too quick! They picked me up from the airport in Catania and brought me up to Taormina and then several days later from Taormina down to Syracuse and then several days later from Syracuse back to Catania airport they were reliable showed up on time had luxury, clean vehicles and respectful and polite drivers. We were coming back to Sicily and were staying a few days in Taormina. I contacted Christian to arrange transfer between Catania Airport and Taormina. The service as just as we hoped. We were picked up at the airport and driven in an impeccably clean car with a very courteous driver to our hotel. For our return the driver was already waiting for us and drove us back to the airport, dropping us off and helping us to or meeting point. I cannot fault New Services. When I inquired about a transfer from Catania airport to our air bnb in Taormina, Christian replied very promptly. The driver Marcelo, was waiting for us at arrivals with a clear sign with my name on it in large bold letters. He double checked the address. The car was air conditioned, comfortable, clean, and a bottle of water was provided to each of us, which was a nice touch. My husband is handicapped so travel for us is a little more complicated. We can't just hop on a bus to get where we need to go. We could not be happier with the company, its owner and staff. Christian, was excellent at responding to my many emails and questions. He picked us up at the airport and transported us to our hotel in Ortigia. He was on time and helpful. While I was checking in at the front desk, he insisted on accompanying my husband to our room to ensure that the room was indeed accessible and would meet his needs. He told us that since he was my "paisan", if we had any problems during the week to call him and he would help us out. We took several day trips and his staff were also great. Angelo was prompt, a great driver, and also knowledgeable. Fabio, or as my husband referred to as "the professor" was a constant source of knowledge about the area and its history. I thought I was hiring a driver, but Fabio turned out to be a tour guide extraordinaire! We learned so much about Sicily and heard many interesting stories on our ride. He picked us up from the cruise terminal and took us to a small town to see where my great-grandparents came from. He helped us with our tour and was a great, unexpected addition to our day. He was mindful of timing and got us back to port with time to spare. Highly recommend!
